So maybe I just drank too much champagne last night and am still climbing through the fog of Sunday, depressed about the end of the weekend and the end of October and the beginning of November and the quickness of time passing in general and Kara moving to NY, but it seems to me that this song just about rips your heart in half. It’s made of pure nostalgia.
What does that even mean? It means that I cannot listen to this song without thinking of everything that has happened in the past 10 years that I regret, and everything that has happened in the past 10 years that I love, and everything I wish would happen in the next 10 years. It’s emo time - I’m gonna go cry about it.
