I baked a yeasted bread (plain whole wheat) for the first time yesterday: photo of a loaf in the pan before going into the oven, and both of them after.
The whole process was actually pretty simple, and, aside from my arm being sore from stirring the flour in, relatively painless. This is the beginning of my bake-bread-once-a-week adventure that I’ve decided to embark upon. I’m starting with the “Tassajara Bread Book” and will hopefully be making something delicious again next weekend!
